We first prep & wash our chilli padi, red chilli, garlic, shallots and various herbs and let it air dry in a well-ventilated area. Once its dry, we filled it in our sterilised bottle and mixed in our secret blend of spices and the perfect amount of salt water. We store it in a cool area to let it do its fermenting works for 45 days.
After the fermentation process, we grind and crush the ingredients and the unique “45 Days Fermented Hot Sauce” is done! The unique aroma of fermentation hits you up on your first bite that is so fragrant and mellow that will leave you wanting for more!
